The management of the company could be the biggest problem for CRUS. Why?? Read the news on Dec. 19, 1995, yes just last week. The news? CRUS entered a pact with DEC to use Dec's chip plant for more chips.... I bought some stocks based on the news and thought it would be a good investment. I am being fooled by the announcement, and I wouldn't trust the current mgmt team and its message to the investors. Although I am a stock holder, I would not recommend it for now.
