You win!! Approx 2,400 shareholders of GRNO, 2,200 of which are in street name. All GRNO shareholders should be receiving their proxies in the mail sometime in the next week or two. I frankly was very surprised that GRNO has so many shareholders since I know of a few individuals, outside of management, who have substantial positions. I personally think that is kind of refreshing and I KNOW Bill C. was surprised as well. Regards. Ron
