Jeff,

Please explain the term naked stock to me.

And why the stock dividend is bad for the shorters. It strikes me that if there are people out there looking for stock, the dividend is just what they're looking for.

Moreover, any company that puts out a selective dividend is doing something very unusual. I saw they couched the announcement that the management says they would not think of taking some of it for themselves. Unless there is a different class of common out there the dividend should go to all common stockholders.

Strangest thing I've ever seen.
