Jimbo-- Al Frank is going on HISTORY. He also said he would not buy it over 20.70. He was waiting the 3 year cycle where cpq crashes and recovers,,, ,,,, so in about 3 - 4 years he will buy it at 20++ as it rises from the teens, then he will bail 1 - 2 years later at 41! Look at the charts as he is counting on history repeating itself again... LOL!!! jajaja!
