Speaking of questionable companies with links to Afrayem (aka Isaac). Have you looked at the LUMM Form 10?

A development stage company with almost non-existent R&D expenditures, multiple floorless convertibles, tons of warrants exercisable at .50 cents, ballooning shares and obscene market cap. The only thing missing is the going concern warning ala CDDD.
