I should clarify that 2425 East Camelback Road is a modern office building in the heart of the high-rent district in Phoenix. I didn't mean to imply is was a Mail-Boxes Etc. in a strip mall (g). However, what are the odds that seven businesses are physically located in suite 950? In other words, I seriously doubt UPCA has a physical presence in that suite and thus the term "offices" used in the press release is misleading-- nothing more than a place to send mail. Tomorrow I'll call the landlord and find out who really does occupy that space. - Jeff
