UPDATE on the strong sell rating appearing on Yahoo for MSD:

After reading my previous post, Julia Ukrintz, IR for MSD advised that the single "underperform" was issued by Todd Coupland, CIBC
World Markets, and "hadn't written a report on MOSAID since last year when our stock was at a low. Today this same analyst released a new report rating MOSAID a strong, and giving us a 12-month target of $25.00."

Guess this analyst kind of missed the mark if he was saying a year ago to sell at the bottom of the cycle.
