Officially they are not doing the selling but I still think it is possible that a director or former director or promoter is selling short and covering with options. Or it could be someone planted to keep it in check till the pp is done and then they may remove the ceiling. Until they remove it though, we are going nowhere. It seems you could buy what you want right now for 19 cents. I wish I had a million dollars to throw into it. I would love to put it to the test. LOL
