Bob, I don't know any more than you about them. It's probably a private company that we will only learn about through Maxam. From the PR: <<Exact terms are undisclosed at this time, pending due diligence completion by representatives from both companies.>> I suspect it will remain that way until the deal is completed. Letter of intents are little more than wishes. When we hear that there is due dilly drilling occurring on the south property, that's progress which proves the deal is in the works.
