RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif., Nov. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Hitsgalore.com, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: HITT) announced that it will release its new Voice Banner Technology and banner generator. This new proprietary technology allows business advertisers to seamlessly add a 15-second voice message to banners that they create free of charge on the Company's web site. Release for the service is set for November 19.
Chairman Dorian Reed, said, "We're pleased to release this new technology. Although its release was delayed some so we could add more features, we think our users will agree it was worth the wait. Hitsgalore.com will be the first search portal to provide a technology and service offering free voice banners to advertisers."
In addition to the new voice banners, the Company is also releasing a newly designed banner generator utilizing the popular Macromedia Flash Technology. Users only need a sound card and the flash plug-in now available on many browsers. The Company will initially provide a toll free number that users call to record the voice message on the banner.

The Company also announced that its auditors are nearing completion of their re-examination of the Company's pre-merger financial statements for 1996, 1997 and 1998. The Company anticipates having its amended Annual Reports on Form 10-K for those years filed on or before November 30, 1999. Completion of these audits will result in a delay in the filing of the Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q. Upon filing of its third quarterly report, the Company anticipates reporting continued growth in revenues and significant percentage increases in net income as compared to the previous quarter, thus continuing its trend of increasing quarter-to-quarter operating performance.
