Back in March, when someone I knew got burned by a stock mentioned on this thread, I started this one:

So that should tell you something about me.

I just wanted to let you know that apparently we belong to a very exclusive group !!! It all started back in June when I posted the mildest of critiques about a stock with a mysterious background and trading history. I didn't tell anyone to avoid the stock, just simply reported some stuff I found in its SEC filings and suggested that 11 cents/share might be too much to pay (BTW, I was right):

This post and the others from him that followed, triggered some very bad behavior on my part. I PM'ed people for three weeks trying to get even. Not my proudest moment. You can look my profile and look at my posts from late May and early June and pretty much see the record of how I crashed and burned.

Anyway, your experience last week must have made you pretty upset. But I for one was glad to see that you pegged this guy for what he is and that people came to your defense. I wish someone had stuck up for me when I was so rudely attacked. So I hope this is some consolation for what you endured.
