Tom, I think most important is again to determine what shares are really out there and who holds what and how many shares are they placing privately now. What is truly there delay in filing? Not lip service, but the facts as to what really happened when they had stated to you and several others that they would come through with the filings. Not that it matters to them much, but how about passing on that the long term shareholders are pretty PISSED off at how they run things! I wish you good luck and if anyone can get some real answers I know you will be able to. I appreciate your time that you continue to give this matter. Kevin
