So, MIOA tried to squeeze shorts? Trying to create a short squeeze is also a violation of securities laws, as would be the immediate short selling of RegS stock by the buyers of a RegS private placement. Are you still sure MIOA is engineering a short squeeze? Maybe they serve key lime pie in federal prison in Florida. FYI, some dingleberry of a stock broker called me a few weeks ago hyping MIOA. He was referred to me from MIOA's PR firm, who sent me a glossy brochure telling me how wonderful they were. When I asked the broker how many shares MIOA had outstanding, he quoted me the number they had at the end of the September 1996 quarter, and "claimed" to no nothing about the regS controversy. Maybe Mr. Morell can explain how somebody MIOA hired to sell the stock can give out bogus information? Maybe they could have hired Webster Hubbell instead of some idiot retail broker from a bucket shop. Or maybe someone can explain why "Insightful Investor" and Mr. Morell are never seen at the same place at the same time. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
