I don't know the reason this person sold 450,000 shares after 1 day of holding. Maybe because he made $9,000.00 in one day. Trading by insiders is a common practice for all companies and I would be less concern by actions of Riley's directors than for example Barrick's. I am sure that by fliping the stock they can earn extra money and I don't see anything wrong with it. It looks ugly because of large volume at the same time the price is not extremely high. If you believe that this is the sign to stay away I respect your judgment. In my opinion this company has a chance for success now maybe larger than in the few past years. The price for last two days is a new 52 week low and Mr.Myers may say that upside potential is for at least double. Buying frenzy before El Trejo was a fact was caused by Canaccord. They purchased over 2mln shares in 4 days of trading. At the time I thought the CJ claims got new operator. I was somewhat upset to find out about Mexico, because I believe in case of this company more in diamonds than gold. They have still some money in the bank and someone in the short run may end up making money as this insider guy did.
