Paul,

Read the stock tables in investors business daily. On the left hand side you will see both RS ( Relative Strength) and EPS rank, from 1-99, with 99 representing the highest number. Stocks with strong RS, preferably above 90, are perfoming well above the market. The paper also has definitions for both theese valuable numbers. Momentum players practically live by them.
