Valuation is based on perception of growth, PE, etc. I can only tell you that PLCO stake in ty40 is somewhere between 70mil and 80mil, (if my math doesnt fail me). Now, how does that translate into PLCO valuation?? You'd have to get a good estimate of the fully diluted number of shares on PLCO and then do that math. :) Israel
