There will never be a form 10 No accounting firm will EVER sign off on the form 10. Insiders are selling the stock (don't bother with your list of 144s, everyone already knows these are basically all former CDRH holders who are in no way associated with TMRT) The stock will trade in the pennies once in the pinks. ALL LIES LIES LIES LIES LIES !!!!!!!!
