Charlie: Insiders sold some shares in August @ $20-$22, month and a half or two before the spike and, then, fall, of the share price. Looking at the chart, the share price did not suffer the selling of the shares held by insiders. The selling of those shares, at that price, does not seem related to the spike in price, IMO R
