CMVT will be at a CIBC conference in NYC December 1-2 which is right after earnings are to be reported. Not much to report on the number coming, I am sure it will be fine. The LUzers just had their annual analyst meeting which was of course a catalyst to drive this thing higher. I had posted some notes coming out of the LUzer meeting but SI has been erratic and my notes are floating out there somewhere in space. Too bad because it was long and detailed.

I am waiting for Janus to update their third quarter holdings. I have heard rumblings that indeed they are a shareholder but they must be waiting until the last possible minute to file those forms. That kid running the Enterprise fund was up 77% ytd last I noticed and I must tip my hat to him for those kind of numbers. I played golf with him earlier this year and he was rather demoralized as I outdrove him off the first tee by about 30 yards. Then I really start to groove it. Hopefully he pulled himself together by the time he met with those morons at the parent company to bitch about the spinoff.

I dont have all the answers on this stock however, and sometimes you have to go over Paul Bakers head and ask Kobi Wan himself for help

congratulations on your investment. With a cost basis like that I think you better get a good tax accountant. Frankly I am amazed the company has not been taken over by now, who knows maybe you will wake up to a tax free pooling one day before they eliminate those things.
