One of the primary things that EMR wanted to fix (which they stated at the shareholders meeting)...............
was to improve investor relations and keep investors aware and up-to-date.
I haven't seen any sign of this....yet.

When I have called the company in the past (when Carl was out of town) they told me that he was the only one who was in charge of investor relations.
I know that Mr. Neill seems to be running the show. (Does anybody have an e-mail address for Mr. Neill??

We need a contract soon, and for the stock price to move up.
As you stated......if the first contract is delayed much further, the stock price may suffer through investors accepting a capital LOSS to off-set any capital gains they have made this year (to minimize taxes).

I am getting nervous.
It is hard to understand why people are selling at the present time and prices.The company is supposed to be signing their first contract soon and there seems to be many SELLERS and few BUYERS.When a few buyers step in, there always seems to be someone willing to sell (likely at a loss).
Do these sellers know something that "WE" are not aware of??
Some possible delay?? I SURE HOPE NOT!!
It only seems to be a few brokerages selling.

I'M here for the long haul. Hopefully I will make some money along the way.
