I find the numbers you have derived very interesting. Let me see if I understand your trial. If TSE300 is a particular exchange and you "traded" it, then your results would be the equivalent of trading a mutual fund with the same stocks. Yes?

I am greatly interested in the idea of doing the same with, say, a NASDAQ stock against NASDAQ itself. I would think that, given the proper beta, some stocks under AIM should beat b'jezes out of the index and buy&hold, and, at a lower risk than buy&hold. May I suggest (along the lines of the annual contest the FastTrack folks do) that we consider an annual contest of our own to find the tradable and its AIM settings that beats all others?
