Not to worry. I recommended on Clearstation when CIRC was at 15 1/4 to begin buying in on a position basis. Buy part of the shares you want and take advantage of further price declines to buy more of your position. This is a long term hold recommendation for those who have not bought all they want. At these prices, the downside risk is small and the upside reward is BIG.
