Tom, My concern is that the insiders are not stocking up, they are selling. A form 144 is for the purpose of disclosing a sale of stock by an insider and the 1st 144 filed, in many cases, can be an indication of more to come. With this selling taking place, why the jump in price? Why would they be selling just ahead of good news?
