Jim, When it comes to Dell lying, they do have lawyers so that they usually do not lie within the letter of the law. But when they constantly mislead investors while they dump their shares, I consider it lying. Perhaps spin doctoring would be the better term, but only in the sense that Kervorkian is a doctor. <g>

What is there to say about valuation. Earnings, sales and cash flow rates are declining precipitously while the price earnings and price to sales ratio is still fighting the last war. The stock is grotesquely overpriced as an operating business. As a trading sardine, it may be cheap, since Dell Wuvvers look for any silver lining in the storm clouds.
