Full release here biz.yahoo.com So I assume we are going to see a filing shortly depending wether you use the dictionary definition of shortly or may be apply Bill Clinton's definition of is to this statement. In any event a key date for me is November 30 for a filing. I also expect to see something re the shopbest site as a the news release says end of the month for debut that means the end of October for me, and heck when has Digital ever made it on time with software, key date for me November 30. for this one also. Things are still brewing but the burner seems to be on medium heat, and the stock price is in the freezer. Good Luck, John, awaiting any news as the clock ticks towards November 30.
