Rick, Dr. Glove made the comment on Yahoo that the IT response from the letters was meant to show that not many were interested. Now I didn't take it that. Statistics show that any type of "mass mailer" gets approximately a 1-2% response rate. So as you said they were satisfied with it and a 1-2% response rate is considered GOOD. If this type of "mailer" is supposed to garner a better response, well then I guess I am wrong. But my experience tells me that is the typical response rate you get from those type of marketing ploys.
