George, you are correct, the HWP shares are locked up (I think it's 380M shares). Who knows what will happen when they are distributed to shareholders next spring/summer. Go to agilent.com and look at what Agilent offers. Semiconductors and Life Science components...two markets with HUGE growth projected; and Agilent leads in many of those. This is a long term keeper that will make you nice profits. IMO, when the HWP shares are distributed next year, HWP shareholders will be very happy they have a stake in this gem. My opinions only.
