RETK confuses me.

(1) Brokerage house initiates coverage on the first day of IPO.

(2) Set a 12 month target price of $25. It never came close to that low. I know the analysts aren't clairvoyant, but it seems like he went way out on a limb to price a BtoB IPO so low before it opened for trading.

(3) Same analyst appraised HNCS (RETK's "parent" company) at $25 to $33 pre-RETK IPO and $50 to $74 once RETK begins trading independently.

This all seems strange, especially considering RETK's sector, revenues, revenue growth and earnings.
