Don and Thread, I contacted HLIT IR and read them the SEC filing. It was the first time they had heard of it and it had to be researched. Well after a couple more calls and days went by, I just got an answer. The SEC statement AT&T filed was meant to refer only to the telco, "cloud." In other words, AT&Ts voice network....maybe a better way to say it is, their Y2K statement will have no impact on Harmonics HFC (hybrid-fiber coax) network buildout plans with AT&T.
