CIRC >> Lack of sufficient funding

If this is true then we may see sharp decline for time being until they find sufficient finance going forward. I tried reaching IR at Circle but no one is answering phone calls at their Main number/IR guy's desk. Anyone happen to talk to IR? Looks like news must be true otherwise volume can't be so high. Dust needs to be settled, I am staying away from CIRC for time being.
