I am careful because of the "backdoor" effect. That refers to the effect which emerges from: all are buying a stock whick holds a stake prior to the IPO and sometimes bid it up to unrealistic levels. After the IPO actually happened all rushes to the exit and hence the price is hurt. Examples are: MALL, DLIA, DBCC, NAVR, UIH, WCAP, TSQD, ICIX, MKTY
