Tod Lotz, who is heading up the take over, has had to re-schedule his shareholder meeting for May 1, 1997. I am told that he is in active negotiations with Robert Wormser, the current CEO, for a retirement package. Lotz says they are going well.

As soon as Lotz is able to take over I believe you will see some good fundamental changes that will help the company along.
