Last time I looked, DELL's sales were up 42 % YOY. This hardly qualifies as "declining precipitously".

DELL's operating cash flow is twice its earnings which better than any company that I know of. The cash flow is hardly "declining precipitously. It is the envy of the industry.

So I do not how you came to those opinions but they are not backed by any facts. In fact, they are totally fallacious!

DELL is currently priced at about 1 times next years earnings.
