Yep, looks like a lawsuit. Anybody have more details? Monday April 14 10:45 AM EDT Informix Corp hit with shareholder lawsuit SAN FRANCISCO, April 14 (Reuter) - A purported class action lawsuit was filed against Informix Corp in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on April 11, lawyers for the plaintiffs said Monday. The suit alleges that Informix, Chief Executive Officer Phillip White and Chief Technology Officer Michael Stonebraker violated federal securities laws by issuing to the investing public false and misleading statements regarding Informix's operations and future prospects. The suit was filed by plaintiffs Jason Weaver and Sean Weaver on behalf of themselves and purchasers of Informix stock between December 2, 1996, and April 1, 1997.
