ELAMF investors: Does anyone have the press release announcing the 98Q4 earning? I would appreciate posting here. [I checked my file on ELAMF, and found that I missed that one.] I think that ELAMF is ready for an upturn. I am (re-)counting the positives here: -- Acquisition would contribute more than $50M in sale. -- The sale of Optimag would a) improve the balance sheet, b) make 99Q4 look good due to the gain, and c) save R&D expense going forward. -- Ramping-up in new programs and the GE venture are expected to contribute in 2000 -- Moving into the new (and larger) plant will improve the efficiency. The uncertainty I have is the late 10Q filing for 99Q3. I hope that it is due to the treatment of acquired assets. Any comments? Steven ps: I am long on ELAMF, for disclosure.
