Howe Chile Limitada(A.C.A How International Limited-SA office) is handling this. Don't know which specific individuals are involved. Recall that Howe pitched for this task in their audit report of Medinah: "As part of the diamond drill program and all of the sampling programs it is highly recommended that Medinah initiate a full quality assurance program to ensure that the highest level of confidence is maintained for all of their exploration results and that all standards set by various regulatory bodies are met."
