I have no problem accessing SI.

It isn't slow for me at all...

New or Classic...

I'd say it has more to do with either their ISPs or their Phone lines.

For instance, when I am at the cottage, the phone lines there are still 4 colour copper as opposed to fibre optic.

That means, no matter what type of Modem I am using, the most it will handle is 28,800

Often when I have the ISP check, it has dropped down to 14,400

That's what old tech does...

doesn't matter if I am using a 56K

In Fact, I have seen Cable modems slow to a drag in Toronto, when everyone is using their computers.

That's why I will be deploying a satalite of my own that will be using laser guided communications....

So BOB, if a blue light streams into your house....just ignore it....
