Darrell, up to now I tried to withhold judgment re: VTEH, and, in fact, gave them the benefit of the doubt, probably out of wishful thinking. After reading the SEC report, and everybody should get a copy, I must agree with you. Now I know why they say before investing read the SEC report. Learned an expensive lesson. Can we do anything, or just wait and see what develops? I can't believe Taxin had no duty of due diligence to inquire re: the company management before promotion, particularly after decline in stock price? Thank you. eelliot
