"Ashok Kumar of Piper Jaffreys reiterates a Strong Buy " How can you "reiterate" a strong buy when your current recommendation is a moderate buy? Sounds like a little revisionist history to me. Why would he set a target that is still a 50% discount to the peer group? I wonder what the qualifications are to be an analist for Piper? I didn't finsh school either so maybe I could be Ashy's boss.
