Pretty sure.

The timing was right - they switched fully to 0.18 micron at the beginning of this month, meaning they had 0.18 micron parts fabbed, assembled, tested and hopefully qualified) WELL before the switch.

Which coincides with the initial 700 MHz shipments - starting in mid- to late October.
