That was a good picture of the Klamath but it is true that the module is encased in a plastic cover. There are hex screws in the cover that hold it in place and one will violate Intels warrantee if they open it up. These modules have to be shipped back to Intel for any kind of repair. It is a very gross and costly solution with a gigantic heat sink on it.
