Here is what IR said about the OTC symbol on NR's... From: slewis@uniglobe.com To: NEILM; xxxmikerobertsxxx@yahoo.com Subject: RE: uto listings Date: Thursday, November 18, 1999 2:45PM Mike...this OTC listing has come to my attention from other investors...yet we are totally unaware of this symbol...I will check in with our lawyers to confirm that we have not made such a listing for Uniglobe.com. As for listing on the TSE before Nasdaq, I must tell you that we are not commenting on the migration to any other exchanges at this time and have been directed by the BC Securities Commission on this matter.
