Excite Canada

Leading Online Travel Retailer to be Featured on Major Canadian Portal in Travel Area

SEATTLE, Nov. 19 /CNW-PRN/ - Online travel leader and cruise specialist Uniglobe.com (VSE: UTO.B - news) today announced an advertising agreement
with Excite Canada, a new Internet portal catering to the Canadian market.

Under terms of the agreement, Excite Canada visitors will have access to the full range of products and services Uniglobe.com provides, including the most
extensive selection of cruise bookings and information on the Web as well as an upgraded Web site with enhanced customer service. Uniglobe.com
(www.uniglobe.com) will be promoted prominently on the Excite Canada site as a travel provider.

Excite.ca is the Canadian version of Excite.com, a leading U.S. portal. It is scheduled to launch in February 2000. It will feature advertising links to the
online travel leader's Web site through Uniglobe.com banner ads. The ads will appear when visitors to Excite.ca search with priority keywords. The deal will
also include Uniglobe.com marquee lines and highlight boxes on the new Web portal.

``This is the first step towards building a partnership with Excite Canada to increase Uniglobe.com's presence in a national market of increasingly Web-

Uniglobe.com has already forged strategic alliances with other Web sites, which have been successful in generating new site traffic and customer bookings.
