Frank, Can't really speak to your specific experience or perspective as I don't know anything about this situation. The value of a forum such as this is that we each bring our respective views, opinions and knowledge to the table and it is up to each of us to make our own judgements about the value of the information presented. My personal experience with Cacheflow (since March 1996), is that each milestone that was promised has been delivered, on time. To do this Malcolm had to organize three rounds of venture financing, bring a new class of product into being (admittedly with the help of some very talented engineers) and build a world class managment team. My experiences says that this takes a whole lot of knowhow, leadership and vision just to get to this point. And he's done it more than once. LR
