I've had this computer for just over a year now.. Built it from scratch... Never had a problem with it locking up.. Now all of a sudden it has started to lock.. I haven't loaded any new software or changed any settings since installing a second Vid-Card and Monitor a month ago.. Had no problems all month until now..If I try to access any Program File off the Start Menu it begins to start then nothing.. LOCK UP!!!!!!

I noticed during booting I'm getting some error messages.. You never watch the boot log until something is screwing up..(gg) So I don't know if these error messages are new or not..

Here's what they say:

C:\ C: Windows\net start
Invalid value for binding specified
Invalid value for binding specified

Error Loading device driver NDISHLP.SYS

Error 7323 One or more Network transport drivers failed to load

I'm running Win98 with IE5.0
