Why would anyone sell with the cash position worth more than the value it's trading at. I'm sure they had offers to take over the company but it's obvious nobody wanted to pay for value management feels is sitting in other assets. So it takes a while, sooner or later they'll have to do something to make these shares worth a lot more than the market currently values them at. Sure hate sitting on dead money though.
