Got a call from Suretrade, after I faxed them a copy of a complaint filed with the NASDR. Said that no one ignored my request for a balance withdrawal, but that the request went straight to the clearing house since mine is a margin account, so nothing happened. Duh, why do they route requests to the clearing house and what about the money in my cash account. The check is, supposedly, in the mail.
