Mike - to add to Offie's cautionary statements, the convertible preferred offering that was reopened to private investors has already been oversubscribed. It was a private placement for which all investors had to meet suitability requirements and, as a securities lawyer, I'm concerned that public statements like your post could cause some regulatory authority (guess which one <g>) to deem the private offering to be, in effect, an unregistered public offering. So, while it may already be understood by most people, I'd like to stress for the record that the substance of your post was not approved by the company. (I know that's the case even though I'm not "the company," just a longtime shareholder.) Nothing personal! -Eric
