LOL!!!! I knew it all along. Lucent would never bring down a network without making damn sure what the implications were. Take it from an ex comms systems specialist, it is very easy to minimize the impact of doing something like this, it was so blatant I knew it was procedural. Worldcom was the last to admit it, as usual.

Too bad CSCO will never be vindicated for the AT&T snafu. Looks like Mr. New World lost a lot of credibility!!! LOL!
