Dave...I figured it this way, and it was simple. When I looked that at my quicken this morning....I was impressed with the year I'd had, and I asked myself this question. Tom would you go down to the Bank today and take out a loan on your house to get in the Market NOW? Got a No Answer. Figured if I wouldn't do with with borrowed money....why would I risk my own.
